The Quality Control laboratory, operating according to high quality standards, controls the production cycle throughout all its phases: from the raw material to the finished product. Every single incoming batch is stored in the quarantine area and is checked from a chemical-physical and organoleptic point of view in order to ascertain its total compliance with the quality standards required to the supplier.
Targeted checks during the production process, specific quality control plans for every single product and the application of the HACCP system fully guarantee quality, safety and traceability for all products. Only after all checks have been carried out successfully, can the product move to the next processing phase and, finally, be released for sale.
